Spiritual Companionship, known by many as Spiritual Direction, is an offering of accompaniment, thick listening, and witnessing one’s journey with the Divine. Held in a similar one-on-one confidential counseling container as psychotherapy or life coaching, Spiritual Companionship is oriented towards supporting a Seeker’s wholeness, inner freedom, and deepening in relationship with whatever one considers Sacred.

I am completing 500hrs of yoga teacher training, which I have found immense wisdom and depth within. My teaching style is a combination of humor and reverence within the alchemy of strength, experimental flow, and play. I typically smatter in some amount of poetry, mudra, or mantra into my practices as an additional invitation to the unshakable seed of soul that lives as symbol and song within each of us.

When we inhabit our bodies with presence and intentionality, we inhabit our physicality anew; we orient ourselves on the planet and in the universe; we are brought into awe at the fact we are alive; we remember who we are in our most basic identity, where we come from, and where we are going, and the Spirit that holds us always in the form and formless.

creative portraiture

After spending many years as a professional wedding photographer across the West Coast, I have returned to my original photographic joy of working one-on-one with folks to create images that celebrate inner and outer magnificence, embodiment, and connection to place and time. Portrait sessions are held in a two hour container, created on film and digital cameras, and are intended to be a time of expression, laughter, connection, and collaboration to create images that feel representative and honoring of one’s soulful self. I particularly love creating images with fellow queer and trans folks.

One-on-one sessions begin at $375.

I also offer family photos starting at $500.
